Apart from that a man attracts his most dominant thoughts. Those things which are uppermost in your mind which you think about the most, will surely find you. Job said, "the thing which I feared the most has come upon me". If you don't believe in yourself, it shows through and makes it really hard for anyone else to believe in you.
