The Universe doesn’t owe us anything. Yet, there are many people who believe they should be handed a – forget silver – platinum platter with a fabulous life, brimming over with wealth and success, without having to do anything. I believe now is the time to wake up and smell the coffee, folks. There’s no nice, easy way to say this. And chances are if you don’t already know the truth, you’re not going to like it. So, here is the absolute truth:
You get what you give. You reap what you sow. And the only person to blame for your past, present and future success or failure, joy or unhappiness is YOU.

Year 2007 is coming to an end and whether we like it or not, year 2008 will arrive like a breeze. Reviewing my activities for the year shows that there are still many things I wish I had done in the year. I didn’t match my actions totally with my words. One thing that became obvious to me in the course of the year is that most of the people around me, whether family or strangers, are talkers.
Talkers are those people that have great ideas or great intentions, but just never follow through 100% on their beliefs. I have been a talker many times in my life, whether it’s through eating right, exercising, meeting a deadline. One of the areas I have seen people do the most talking and have not follow through is diet and exercising. These are the diet hoppers who bounce from 1 diet to the next only to start a new one weeks later. The same goes for exercising, picking a new job or starting that business. Continue Reading »
